The NCB closed the fall portion of the 2020-21 season with a live webcast of its annual "Lessons & Carols at Christmas" program. The program, which was webcast from the fellowship hall of the Alexandria (Virginia) Citadel Corps, told the story of Christmas through Old and New Testament scripture readings, congregational carols, band features, and a devotional from NCB Executive Officer, Major Bobby Westmoreland.

The seven scripture readings in the program were prerecorded by various corps officers, soldiers, and junior soldiers from around the Potomac Division. Principal cornet David Delaney, DMD of the Potomac Division, was featured as a soloist, playing Alan Fernie's arrangement of "The Rocking Carol". The webcast was produced by Major Jim Shiels, NCB Band Sergeant, and corps officer of the Alexandria Citadel Corps.
