The NCB capped off its retreat weekend by serving as the duty band for a National Capital Area Command Soldiers' Rally held at the Fairfax/Landmark Corps. The rally was held outdoors in the parking lot of the two corps, which share the same building. Newly installed Potomac Divisional Commander, Lt. Col. Allan Hofer, was the speaker for the rally.
